"Pretty easy to use overall"

"Heads up: this is actually solid quality"
Just a quick warning for anyone on the fence: the material feels really solid, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. seems like good quality stuff.

I got my order from militaryuniformsupply.com and most of the stuff was right, but one item showed up in a different size than what I picked. The rest was fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but now I have to deal with fixing it, which is just extra work I didn’t need. Shipping was okay. Giving 3 stars because the order accuracy could definitely be better.

"I felt like the prices here were way..."
I felt like the prices here were way too high, no question about it. The items looked fine, nothing terrible, but for what they were charging, I was expecting a lot more. Once shipping got added on, it was absolutely not worth it to me. I found pretty much the same kind of stuff elsewhere for less, so I’m completely sure I wouldn’t buy from here again unless I had no other option and needed something fast.

"Customer service used to be better"
I used to have a better experience with their customer service, but this time was frustrating. Support was slow to respond, and when they finally did, it didn’t really help fix the issue I was having.

"i mean, I ordered the wrong size..."
i mean, I ordered the wrong size pants and had to swap them out. The return form was straightforward, and they got back to me after a few days. The new pair fits fine, so no complaints there. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it wasn’t a big deal

"Sizing is really off"
I ordered my usual size, the same size I always get, and it fit like it was at least two sizes too small. I was surprised because I’ve ordered uniforms before and never had this kind of issue. The return process was a hassle too, so I probably won’t order uniforms from here again.

I was a little disappointed because there weren’t many options available in my size. To be fair, the styles they did have looked nice, but I just didn’t have much to choose from

"Shipping took longer than expected"
The shipping took way too long. I kept waiting and checking for updates, and yeah... it was frustrating. The delivery showed up late, so overall, not the best experience...
